    What are delivery charges for order from Shilpbazaar?

    They are totally dependent on your geographical location, and vary from place of ordering..

    What exactly happens after ordering?

    Just as you connect with us, we start initiating your order with our delivery partner and try to deliver the product as soon as possible after completing all its formalities..

    What is the pickup process? Why have I been asked to ship the item?

    The order status go like:

    Processing: Our authorisation request has been confirmed for your purchase from the payment gateway
    and we are processing your order.

    Packing Order : Your order is getting ready to be shipped to you.

    In transit : Your order has been shipped from our shilpkaar’s home and is on its way to your delivery

    Delivered : Your order has reached your specific delivery location and carefully handed over to you.

    Order Cancelled : The order request has been cancelled.
    ( For Cancellation terms and conditions, do have a look into our return/ cancellation policies for any issues
    related to it.)

    What do the different order status mean?

    a. Once your request for replacement/ exchange is placed, we will schedule the pickup of the
    originally delivered product.

    b. Please ensure the product is in original condition and unused or tampered in any way.

    c. Attach the required essentials with the original product including price tags, original packing,
    labels and the invoice letter along with the item.
    d. We arrange for pickups in

    most of our customer locations.

    e. In case, we cannot (from some reason) we will inform you. You may ship the product back to us.
    We will refund the shipping charges against the original receipt.

    f. Pack the item safely in order to ensure aid against any damage in transit.

    g. Mention the return ID on package so that we can acknowledge your return.

    h. Do retain the original bill slip for courier charges you have paid, it will be required to make the
    refund of the shipping charges. Also, note down the courier Tracking ID for future references.

    i. Refund/ Replacement/ Exchange will be initiated as soon as we receive the product from you.

    How are items packaged?

    Items are carefully packed according to the need of products so as to avoid any kind of damage

    Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

    We provide service to make your purchase pleasant and hassle-free, we accept Direct bank transfer (Net Banking), Cash on delivery, UPI QR Code, Paytm Pay and Payment Gateway.

    NOTE: Extra charges will be applicable via COD as a method of payment.

    Do I receive an invoice for my order?

    Your assurance is our responsibility, yes you will receive invoice for your order containing details of your purchase.

    Are there any hidden costs( sales tax, manufacturing tolls etc. ) on items?

    There are NO hidden charges when you make your purchase on Market
    prices(M.R.P.) are inclusive of all the charges. The price you see on the display pages with
    products is exactly what you need to pay.

    However shipping charges may apply and are not hidden. They are charged depending on
    the demographic factors stated in shipping policy.



    On what conditions we accept Returns?

    If you face difficulty regarding condition of product received, damaged or defective you can return original product unused with its tags, order details along with invoice details of transactions. Returns are considered within 24 hours after delivery of the item.

    If the product has been used, washed, ironed or tampered in any way, returns might not be considered..
    Returns are invalid if the products are purchased under sale which has ended.

    When are Refunds provided?

    1. We assure your convenience; it will take max 3-4 working days.

    2. After confirmation from you, we will intimate our payment partner to initiate refund process. We will keep you informed of this activity.

    3. However, if you don’t receive refund on the date we assured, you can contact us anytime.

    How do I cancel my order?

    You simply have to sign in to your account on @ and tap on to my orders and cancel your purchase filling details regarding mode of refund and your cancellation will be accepted immediately.

    You can cancel your order online or by contacting before the product is delivered to you.

    You can cancel your purchase even if the product is shipped and dispatched, refund will be initiated. However in some cases returns don’t apply.

    Order cannot be cancelled once the product is delivered to you.

    Do i need to return the free gift along with the product?

    Yes, you need to return the free gift along with the originally delivered product as it is a part of
    the purchase you wish to return.

    I have still not received my refund in my bank account. Why?

    ● If you have received confirmation of refund in your registered email ID then rest assured, we
    have initiated your refund request and are following with our payment partners for the same.

    ● Sometimes payment portals take long time to process in the refund requests submitted to

    However, if your repayment has not been done by the time we promised, you can contact us.
    We will be glad to help.

    What Items Can I Exchange?

    a. You can change your purchase of item/s for the same products in different size or colour of
    your choice.

    b. Exchange don’t apply on certain products in certain conditions as per policy.

    c. We hope you understand that some products are for display purposes and cannot be used,
    washed or tampered in any way. In such cases exchange might not be considered.

    d. Please attach all the required things with your product including all price tags, original
    packing, labels and invoices along with your purchase.
